By accessing and using BigBrandBrokers ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

BigBrandBrokers provides a marketplace platform for buying and selling domain names. Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
• Respect intellectual property rights

Sellers listing domains on our platform warrant that:

• They have the legal right to sell the listed domain
• The domain does not infringe on any trademarks or copyrights
• All information provided about the domain is accurate
• They will complete the transfer process in good faith

All transactions are processed through our secure payment partner, Stripe. By making a purchase:

• Buyers agree to pay the listed or negotiated price plus applicable fees
• For third-party-owned domains, BigBrandBrokers holds payments in escrow until domain transfer is verified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and escrow terms
• Platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

BigBrandBrokers provides escrow for third-party-owned domains. Company-owned domains are sold directly; the following escrow terms apply to third-party sales:

• Funds are held securely until domain transfer is complete
• Both parties must fulfill their obligations for transaction completion
• Disputes will be mediated by our support team
• Escrow release requires verification of domain transfer

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BigBrandBrokers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

BigBrandBrokers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be resolved through:

• Initial mediation by our support team
• Binding arbitration if mediation fails
• Jurisdiction governed by the laws of New York State

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
